US domestic shipping

As many of our products are made to order, we require a 1-2 weeks processing time. Once your order is ready to go, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific (PST) excluding public holidays.


Return Policy

30 Days to Return

Returns are only eligible on items that have not been damaged and have been purchased directly from Square objects. We are unable to accept returns on items purchased from third parties.

Please email Support@squareobjects.co within 30 days of the invoice date with your order number and what item(s) you'd like to return. We will respond within 2-4 business days with a return packing slip. Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost on returned items.

Once we have received your returned item and confirmed that it has not been used or damaged, we will issue a refund.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item

Please email Support@squareobjects.co within 30 days of the invoice date with your order number and description of the damaged item. We will respond within 2-4 business days with a return packing slip.

Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect item, we will send out a new item immediately (unless it is back-ordered, in which case we will contact you). All returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement.
